Default Need assistance

Please Login to Remove!

Im trying to sync my BB 7130e to ACT! so I purchased & downloaded some software. I get the error message
"RIM files not found, Please reinstall the handheld application on this workstation" as I try to complete the installation. I can't find the CD that came with my phone and can't locate anything online that seems to work. Any help is most appreciated.

Have you searched on that error message here? I'm not familiar with it or what you are doing, but odds are it has been discussed. Otherwise, the reference to the handheld software strikes me as a need to have the OS installed on the computer. Though maybe not exactly the same thing, see

EDIT: I glanced at the original message again and see it is 'handheld application' so I'm less sure now that this an issue of the OS installation on the computer.
