Default PGP signed email scrambled on Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

I have a weird issue that I can't seem to get any resolution on. I have a company sending me email. This company uses a PGP universal server. Whenever they send a signed message (not encrypted) to us, we can read it just fine in outlook. However, when they send from their blackberry and we view it on our blackberry it is a scrambled like its encrypted. They are saying that this is only happening with our blackberries. But I have had them send test messages to one other blackberry domain and have the same issue.

Anybody have any ideas?

Below is what works/doesn't.

Customer Outlook --> Our Outlook : OK
Customer Blackberry --> Our Outlook : OK
Custoer Outlook --> Our Blackberry : OK?
Customer Blackberry --> Our Blackberry : BAD

I would assume that when they send to your blackberry, you can view that same email in your outlook as well?

Do you have the PGP Blackberry client installed on your Blackberrys and desktop computers? Don't take their word for it that they are sending un-encrypted emails. Sure sounds like they're encrypted.
