Please Login to Remove!

Any ideas?

My blackberry basically died. Its fully charged but wont work. This morning when checking an email the screen faded out and froze. Now the screen is completely blank and continues to flash the red light repeatedly in 4 flashes.

Please help if you can. Thanks

Did you try removing the battery?

Hopefully you don't have to resort to this but in case you do....

When my 8320 got to this point, there was no saving it. But someone else who had the same problem at that point tried jl_cmdr to wipe and got theirs to reload the software. Good luck.

tsac - Although you are an AT&T person I wonder if your assistance with my problem would help with my Tmobile BlackBerry 8100 in white? I received this off of someone. noticed it had a problem from the start and so I asked them to give me another one. They gave me a black one. All new in the box with all the accessories. The problem with the white phone was that it didn't turn on at all. I removed the batteries, tried charging the phone and even purchased a new battery thinking this may be the issue. However, no matter what I did the phone didn't work. The batteries work in the new phone and so does the charger. So what could be wrong with the white phone? What can I do to get it to work? Any advise, suggestions, assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.
