Default Google sync desktop files

Ive been searching for these files since I heard they released this app. Unfortunately I dont have a data plan so I cant DL OTA. Does anyone have any idea how to install this or where I can find the desktop files?

No data plan - you can't use Google Sync.

I see, Im guessing thats why they force you DL is OTA huh?? hehe
