I hate the delete confirmation that comes up! I swear I thought I changed the settings to automatically delete off of the mailbox and the handheld, but it STILL asks me for this?

Is there a way to automatically delete it from both, without getting that stupid confirmation?

Got to email> options> email reconciliation> and delete on.
