I have a user who insists that the backlight on his Blackberry 7750 should stay on all the time. I can find no such setting. He wants it to stay on all the time while it is in the cradle. I am sure this cannot be done, but before I go telling a manager he can not do that I want to confirm this. Any suggestions?
