Can anyone please tell me how I set my sync setting to accept the changes made, either on outlook or on the blackberry, without having to press "OK" each time I sync?

On my version of BB Desktop Manager, it works like this:

Open the BB Desktop Manager, go to Intellisync, Configure PIM, then choose Advanced Settings for each item, uncheck Confirm Record Changes and Additions (and uncheck Confirm Record Deletions, if you want, too).
