between the Blackberry Browser and the Internet Browser? I know the NOL is a WAP Browser. I just recently seen the BB Browser icon show up. Thank You for your time!

The WAP browser can be configured by the carrier to go to their own WAP gateway. Otherwise there is no difference.

Actually the blackberry browser is a full browser like Reqwireless. The NOL browser is a wap browser which will view wap pages which have a .wml extension and is limited in how .html pages are displayed.

jwaters is almost right. Only thing is that they're both identical pieces of software, but the Internet Browser is crippled to so that it only functions as a WAP browser while the Blackberry Browser has no restrictions.

If you ask me, it's dumb to have both, and I don't know why carriers do it this way. An extra browser eats up additional memory that can be used for other programs by the end user. I say they'd be better off with just the HTML browser, since if you load a WAP site in it everything displays just as it would with the other browser.

I personally like some wap sites over html sites, however it would be nice if it where just one browser that you could input both into.
