Just got a new 7520 to replace 7100-no earpiece volume - please help!

If it's new it may be defective.
Does it have any volume ?
To Adjust the phone volume
During a call, roll the trackwheel up to increase the
volume or roll the trackwheel down to decrease the
volume.

Another thought, can you plug in an earphone in the jack and hear anything?
If so then i would return it for another

I tried adjusting-I cant find a standard headphone jack, but that was a great thought

any cheap ear type used for most cell phones will work.
