I have unchecked both boxes for "Confirm record Deletions" and "Confirm record Changes and Additions" -- yet it is still asking me to confirm them -- ???

I really don't know for sure, then. I am guessing at a couple of things--also in Sync setup, configuration, what do you have set to "win", handheld or PIM?

I have it set to "Notify me when conflicts occur"

There's your clue.

But isn't that for "conflicts" -- i.e. changes made to the same item in both Outlook and the BB? If I change it on either one and leave it unadulterated on the other, it should sync accordingly right? This is what it's been doing for me for the longest I think...

(I recently had to wipe my PC and reload everything)

Well since I was left scratching my head I went ahead and downloaded the Desktop Manager 4.3 -- and that fixed the problem.
