Apologies if this is a really crap basic question - I've searched everywhere and can't find an answer anywhere....

I've just got a Blackberry (a 7230) for the first time and enjoying the freedom it gives.

One annoying thing though - when in an email I don't have the "File" option that one of my colleagues does. When he goes into this he has his Outlook folders and is able to place the email where he likes.

He has no idea why he has this option and no idea why I don't! What do I have to do to have this - it would be very, very useful!

Are your handheld, desktop manager and BES all version 4? In the Desktop Manager click "Intellisync", then click "Configure reconciliation" and make sure "Personal Folders" is selected at the bottom of the screen. If all of this is yes, the last thing I would check is that the version of your personal folder file type in Outlook is the latest version also.
