Default 7520 or 7510

I have an opportunity to upgrade my BB from the Nextel 7510 to the 7520. Currently all of our BB's are 7510's Since I am the sole support for the BB devices at my company, I want to be able to use my device as the guinea pig for any user requests. The question is: are there any major software differences between the two? (other that the spell checker) are there programs for the the 7520 that I can't use on the 7510?

So far, I have been really happy with the 7510 and other than the brighter screen on the 7520, I can't see that there are any really big differences.

As a recent convert, I can tell you some of the best reasons to switch:
much better battery life - I am getting double the life
better screen - the screen is much clearer, the colors brighter and crisper
GPS - if you can get the upgraded OS
Bluetooth - I have not tried it yet but I am lookign forward to it

A couple of detractors
Its a little bigger - deeper so one of the car mounts I was testing would not hold it. It was also fittting more snug in my holder (I have a rugged pouch)
The desk stand in the Nextel box does not fit the new BB well, so it does not snap in

Overall, the two users in my area want them (They are on 7510).

looking at my status, it looks like I have 15 MB total on my 7510. Does that sound right?

Default 7510 Vs 7520

I equate the difference between a 7510 and 7520 as the difference between a electric typewriter and a computer! Lots more memory, better screen, lots of available downloads to make office life easier! My battery is longer lasting and best of all...better reception in my area. Bluetooth is great, just wish they would let me transfer my contacts.

But, I just dropped my 7520 and it died! I am using my old 7510 until my replacement arrives. It is awful! Good thing I did retain my old 7510 though.

Get the 7520!
