Default Email Reconciliation Options Disappeared

Please Login to Remove!

After downloading the device update from Verizon for the 8130, I noticed that the Email Reconciliation options are now missing (they were there before the update). I'm on BIS.

Verizon tech had me wipe the device. And the options are STILL missing.

Erased the service books and resent. And the options are STILL missing.

BIS site says that Wireless Reconciliation is disabled on the device.

How do I turn it on (and get the options back)?
