i hope anyone can help me here. here is the problem that we have in your company..
we owned bb 7510 and 7520 on some of our device, we can send email is fine, but once we received any email, we can not reply. every time we reply it, it gave us a red 'X' instead of a check mark. u know what i mean?
we have our own BES v3.6 and we use exchange server 2000.
we try to delete the serivce book and recreate it. it didnt help. we reset radio etc.. didnt help either..
we even swap the device it still didnt work. and it only effect to only 5/44 device.
on the phone with RIM/nextel for 4.5hrs.. didnt get it resolve..
i just wondering if anyone might have the same problem and any solution.
