Wirelessly posted (7250: BlackBerry7250/4.0.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

My email (Rogers HiSpeed) supports RIM forwarding. So my email is sent to the webclient immediately--often faster than it arrives at my PC.

If you use pop it will check about every 2-15 minutes depending on activity. However, you will usually average about 5-10 minutes of lag using pop. If you forward from your accounts to the BWC/BIS it will be nearly instantaneous.
