| Can't disable password protection Please Login to Remove! I have a BB 8100 that was connected to my company BES, and was therefore required to have password protection imposed by BES policy.
I now have a new BB, and it replaced my 8100 on the BES, and the 8100 was disconnected.
I am trying to disable the password requirement, but it will not allow that option, even though it is no longer connected to the server. I tried a complete wipe but no good.
Of course, my company only supports the new device now that it is the one registered.
Any help is appreciated.
