Missing Forward Icons in Outlook
I am not sure if this is even a BB issue but here goes anyway.
We are running exchange 2003 and BES 3.6SP2 . I have one user who,
since we installed Desktop Manager 4 has problems in Outlook. 2 out of every 3 emails he replies to from Outlook, the status icon doesnt get updated (ie. pink arrow or blue arrow for forwards or replies). If he replies or forwards from the BB it seems to update the icon in outlook everytime. We thought it was a client issue.. actually blew away the users machine and reinstalled from scratch but the problem persists. I spoke with level one support from Rogers and they think it is an exchange issue. I cant find anyone else with the same exchange issue. Any ideas?? Thanky muchly.
