We have a need to have two devices and want to synch them both to a single user account. Has this been done, I can't come up with a solution? We're running BES.

I dont think that is possible. Why would you want two blackberry's to access the same account? To get the same email? Share contacts?

I've asked our RIM representative about that, and he told me that they do not (nor do they ever intend to) support two devices hitting the same account. we had the same need (exec and his admin needed to be able to read his mail). They were both on smartphones accessing one account, which is not a problem. now the exec has the BB and the admin is still stuck with the smartphone.

well you can set it up in exchange server to send a copy of a person mail to somone else's email...why dont you just have the admin get a copy of all the execs mail...then there should not be issue.
