Default Slow BES Mail redirector?

Hi all.

Have been using a 7290 with OS4 for a few months now with no problems, attached to my BES server at work. Then the "error411" msgs popped up so I had the unit replaced by Rogers.

Resynced everything with the new PIN and all but noticed the following things now.

Email redirection takes a while. I'll send myself an email with the handheld disconnected and it'll take about 2-4 minutes before it appears on the handheld. Back then, it was almost instantaneous.

When I send a test email to myself from my handheld, I do not get that new msg back in my handheld, until someone else sends me a new msg. The msg appears immediately in my desktop Outlook though. Again, this used to work fine and instantenous back then.

Any ideas?
