Default wireless provisioning question...

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I'm thinking of offering a pool BlackBerry for any staff to borrow if they are out the office for a few days. I've played with wireless provisioning of the device using BES 4.0 with good success.

When a handheld is wiped and wirelessly provisioned it gets a default set of icon's on the desktop, default message settings, default browser bookmarks etc etc. I know the answer is likely to be "no" but has anyone managed to customise the what appears by default after a BlackBerry is wiped?

ie, after it's wiped all I want a user to see is one icon (enterprise activation), after it's connected to a mailbox I only want users to see the following icons; messages, calendar and maybe one or two others.

anyone know if this is possible?

Mike
