Default removing Desktop Manager

Please Login to Remove!

I have contacted Blackberry several times. I cannot seem to get rid of the Desktop software. I go to add remove and it gives me error 1714. I have tried to install over it and I get 2 installations. I was able to remove one. We have gone to the registry but something remains. I use xp Service pack 2 and Outlook 2003. any suggestions?

DO a google search. I had the same problem and there is some info out there about bad BB desktop uninstalls. The are detailed instructions on how to get rid of crap left in your registry. This is a problem for some, I don't know why. Someone here may be able to point you to the URL. Sorry but I had this about two years ago and don't remember where. It sure fixed the error and allowed me to reinstall.
