I have a user here that receives an Intellisync - Email Reconciliation Error while trying to sync the blackberry. During the sync, it appears at "processing handheld: retrieving messages". When you click OK, it goes away and he is able to send and receive emails to the device with no problems, even wireless. The software has been reloaded on the PC and the device. Does anyone have any ideas that I can try?

He has a 7230 v3.7.1.14 (platform 1.6.1.41)
