Hello All,

I am new to this board. I have recently upgraded my email system to Lotus Notes 7. After the upgrade I am not able to synch my addressbook anymore.

When I go to Intellisynch and choose Notes5.0/6.0 the OK button is greyed out.

I am using version 3.63 of Desktop Manager, a coworker is using V4.01 and have the same issue. What version of Desktop Manager works with Notes 7 or is there a workaround for now?

You just identified the problem in your post. You upgraded to Lotes Notes 7 however, the translator available for synching only supports versions 5.0 and 6.0. There is no version of desktop mananger that supports Lotus Notes 7 as of yet. If you really want to sync, downgrade Lotus Notes otherwise you have to wait until a new version of desktop manager comes out.

I fixed the problem by downloading the latest Service Pack for Blackberry Desktop Manager V4.0
