The Redirector seems to be forwarding mail from both these accounts to my Blackberry, but suddenly emails from my personal account no longer appear on my PC!
Redirector only works with one email account. I'm assuming your POP email is coming through the BIS(BWC) account you have setup with Verizon. If your POP email is not coming in on Outlook (or similar), make sure you have all the correct information setup (mail server, login info) for the account. There should be no reason that the BB is getting email and your Outlook isn't unless you have configured in the BIS account to NOT leave a copy of messages on the server. By default, it is set to leave a copy.
