Default Calendar erratically syncing

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user who seems to be experiencing erratic calendar syncing behavior on his 8830. Wireless Sync is turned on, and we are using a BES.

I've personally tested the wireless sync of the calendar and know it was working. But occasionally he has meetings setup on his calendar that do not sync.

For example - He had a meeting set for tomorrow. Yesterday that meeting was rescheduled out for 2 weeks. So, email was sent with the meeting update. He accepted this update on his BB.

On the BB the meeting for tomorrow remained and the reschedule one 2 weeks out showed up at the proper date and time. The BB did not delete the one for tomorrow. Therefore the user was upset that if he didn't *know* that his meeting was rescheduled that he would have shown up at the meeting at the wrong date/time and looked like a fool. On his desktop Outlook - the calendar behaved like it should have - deleting the meeting tomorrow and showing the meeting in 2 weeks.
