Is there a way to sync my contacts/address book from my BlackBerry 7250 to my webclient (TELUS)?

nope, unfortunately not, no wireless sync features available for BWC;

Well it doesnt need to be wireless now, does it? We do have the USB connection, is there a way to do it that way at all?

yes you can import it from a cvs file that you can export from outlook
