Default Problems making calls with a 7730

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BB 7730 and it will only make outgoing phone calls if I physically press the buttons for the number. So if I have a phone number in my address book or on my call list, the BB won't connect to the number no matter what I try. I keep getting a message saying the number is unobtainable yet everytime I simply dial it manually on the keyboard, no problem.

It sounds like a software problem to me but how do I fix it ? Anyone got any ideas ??

Default

your rollodex/address book is corrupted. will have to take the backup of the Bb and then reinstall the phone app.
