Unhappy Urgent message

Please Login to Remove!

My 8830 BB lists every missed call as urgent. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

Please explain what you see?
If you mean level 1 or a different color font. Go to your BIS setting and uncheck the box that reads level 1.

If a missed call comes in with a voice mail it shows this in the message list:

Voice Mail
UNHEARD- 1 URGENT-0

is this normal?

Yes. Unheard 1 means 1 missed call.
Urgent 0 means zero Urgent calls.

Answer the phone 7/24 and you won't miss any calls. Put it under your pillow, wrap it in plastic to shower, and above all never travel out of your service area. Tell your friends who live outside the area to move.

Then and only then will you be called a crackberry addict

HAHAHAHAHAHA. I laugh because I actually work in a field where there are a large number of people like that. Believe it or not I can wake up and have a voicemail or two that came in at 3 a.m. and often the person leaving the message asks ",,,where are you?" HAHAHAHAHA...that's beautiful
