Got a good price...$207 for a NIB 7100t and have some questions:

1) Since I got it on ebay, do I now have no warranty with the device?

2) I have the $5/month insurance. Can I change that to my 7100t?

3) I currently have a 7230 and use a separate cell phone for voice from another company. Will t-mo force me into another contract when I add a voice plan and attempt to port my number?

I dont want to get into another contract as my company is looking into getting blackberry's for us, so I don't to be a month into a new year when they say they are switching. Right now I just expense my bill.
