Question Browser upgrade problems

Please Login to Remove!

Can anyone tell me how to upgrade my browser to be able to access site such as Bankofamerica.com When I try to access this site I am told I need to update the browser. I tried to use the links provided to no avail. I am using a 7520 v4.0.0249 platform 1.4.0.40 I would appreciate any information without being yelled at. Thank you very much.

OK sorry I needed to be a little clearer... I can open the site I can not access my accounts. The message is "Browser upgrade required" for security reasons. It provides links to upgrade however I have been unsucessful. Any thoughts?? Thanks

Unhappy

I tried to access my account and got the same thing you did, as near as I can figure it has to do with the type of SSL Ceritficates Bank of America uses to verify a secure connection. Apparently the BB doesn't process the certificate correctly to allow the connection. I tried on my wifes BB, same thing.

Default Best Bet

Try the reqwireless trial like Dawg suggested. They only limit the number of pages per day, not any functionality.

I have reqwireless and tried it with th National City website and it just kept taking me back to the login page. No error though.

Hey, just post you bank account info and I'll try it for you! Kidding of course.

You figure by now, financial institutions would provide WAP or text only access to their sites. Or are we just ahead of our time???
