Default 7520 ringer/headset

I got a 7520 a few weeks ago and can't figure out how to have the phone ring in the headset. The Alert's I can hear, just not telephone calls. I am using the wired headset that came with it if that matters.

Also is there a way to control the default volume level of the DC conversation? It always is MAX volume and I'd like it about midway. Thanks!

dunno about the headset... for the volume tho, unlock the phone and go to the phone application, click, go to options, under general options there is 'default volume'
