Can I convert A small cod file that has an ALX file in A zip package to A OTA jad or jar package?

Installing Themes Over-The-Air (OTA)

I wrote that for the purpose of the COD theme files, but its the same concept for normal applications as well. You won't convert the file, but rather simply use a JAD file to load the COD.
