Default Remove Programs, but they do not go away totally

Please Login to Remove!

I have a few bb in my company. I bought a few new ones for the exec's and i am having a hard time with one device. The orginal user had verichat and trafficcams trials that ran out. The new user would like to try out these programs, but when i install them on the device, it says that the trial period is up. Is there some database that needs to be cleared in order for them to have a brand new bb?

my users are a pain in the *** and it is hard to take their bb away for more then 1 minute. Is there a quick solution to this?

after removing some db from backup and restore, i stumbled across the solution...

once i found the proper db, i looked at what it was... this is what came up on google. and then pointed back here....

"Just to be sure, the settings for your other third party software may be cleared as well (i.e. VeriChat), if you have any others. But this should solve your problem. Just make sure you have all the configuration information handy if you have other third party applications.
