Default Meeting Request Issues!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I am kind of new to the whole BES thing so bare with me.

We had just upgrade our client to BES 4.0 from version 3.6. There are 4 handheld users, two using 7280 and the other two using 7290. Email server is Exchange 2000. When a user sends a meeting request to Blackberry users, there isnít an option to accept/decline the meeting. Only way they can do this is by going to a PC and logging into their Outlook. To my understanding 4.0 should allow the users to accept/decline meeting requesting with their Blackberry. This is not happening, any ideas why this happening?

Also,

Whey they try to send a meeting request from their handheld, itís not allowing them at all. Any ideas?
