I have a 7280, formerly AT&T, now cingular. Hence I have blackberry browser and mode browser. both of which are quite slow. what browsers do you all use, are you satisfied with the speed? I do have 4.0 so I'm sure i can load just about any browser out there, just don't know which one to choose. thanks

Head to the aftermarket softwaret threads. Lots of good information there.

One of the most popular apps is called Reqwireless.

Try a search for reqwireless or html browser.

Wirelessly posted (ATTW/Cingular 7290 (BWC): BlackBerry7290/4.0.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

I have a Cingular-Blue 7290 and use the Blackberry Browser all the time. I even hid the mMode icon just to stay off it and and clean up the home screen.

I also would like to ask everyone a question too:
When clicking on links, do you tend to double-click (opens dropdown menu and defaults to "Get Link", or click'n'hold momentarily to work the link?

I've been trying to remember to click'n'hold, but my double-click habit came from the bookmark link page where holding doesn't work. There we have to double-click for dropdown menu pick.

Reqwireless is my choice over Cingular and BB browsers.

My choice is the Nextel browser over all the aftermarket ones
