When i delete mail in my outlook folder "in box", the mail is not deleted in the blackberry. The other way also. Delete in BB but the mail stays in outlook.

Options set in BB: sync - handheld and outlook
Sync on BES server: both ways
The deleted items in outlook comes in the outlook deleted items folder and staying there for a day, so there is enough time for the items to disappear on the BB.
I have resend the servicebook. That also doesn't help.

We have several BB's here and the other ones are working fine with deleted items.
I have thought on a rights issue for the user besadmin but i have changes user and make the besadmin rights on the user the same..

Any more suggestions anyone?
