Red face E-Mail Help

Please Login to Remove!

I've had by 7100g for about a month and a half and I've been able to get my Earthlink based e-mail quite nicely. Today I got a message on my BB that was directed to my "@mycingular.blackberry.com" addres that I never use. Ergo, I have no idea how to access that mail box either via the BB or from my PC. Cingular's website is having issues so that's no help.

I realize this is kind of a silly problem, but any help some one could send my way would be much appreciated.

you will have to create you account when you sign in. You will need your pin and eimi (sp) number. it is usually on the box the bb came in..

In fact that may be your problem. Your inbox on the bb is full and you will need to go back and delete stuff to make room.

the previuos reply has the right address for you.

good luck and let us know how it goes..

Default Happy Butt Dance!!!

I went to the web sites recommended and thru trial and error discovered that my PIN and IMEI numbers were registered, but I was clueless as to user ID and password. A call to the Cingular tech heads got me fixed up and while I find the site needed is not compatible with Netscape, it works well with Internet Exploder so I can now keep up with that area.

Thanks for all your help!

Cheers!
