Hello all, Maybe I'm just too tired of looking and searching through all of the posts and forums, or maybe I'm just lazy, (lol), but I have been having issues with my 7250. I am hooked to a BES and have 4.0 software, I even figured out how to get my home e-mails sent to the unit along with my work e-mails. My calendar uptates almost instantly, so everything sounds great, but the one thing that keeps happening every couple of days is that the Service book not found error comes up when trying to open long e-mails, or attachments. So when I push the "more" button an error that the service book not found shows up. Then I call my IT guy and he sends the service book out again, and it's fixed,...until the next time it looses the service book. Any ideas that will help me out?, or my IT guy? Thanks in advance.

I would try connecting to the Desktop Manager > Backup and Restore > Advanced > Service Book > Clear. This will clear out your Service Book database. Ask your IT guy to send you new service books after this is done.

Normally if you were in a corporate environment you would be able to generate they key yourself (being directly connected to the MS Exchange Server). However, your IT guy has the option to send service books from the BES.

Do it your self on the handheld by;
Options => Security => [scroll down to the bottom and highlight the service] =>
(wheel)Regenerate Encryption Key
