Default Help with my blackberry

i have a blackberry 7290 and have had notten but trouble with the gprs. it dont ever go to all caps it just stays small. tmobile is saying i have the unlimited plan but dont know whats wrong. how do i get something out of this from retentions or what ever. how do i go about this?

I know this may sound like the obvious, but have you tried bouncing it? If you use a paperclip on the back of the device, under the battery cover, in the little "Reset" hole, and soft boot the unit, it may then attempt to reacquire the network and push you into GPRS instead of gprs. If you still are unable to acquire after the reset, I'd contact TMo again and see if you can get a new device to test the connection in your area out with. It might be a hardware issue....or just a connectivity issue.
