I have a lot of email in folders I would like to have access to at all times.Some one told me to forward all of my email to me but that would br quite tedious.

As of now, that is probably your only option.
If you are using the web client, make some folders to store your mail, re-send the service book, and forward your mail. You can then store them in the folders.
