Default Will using BB messenger be considered data charge under BB International Email Add-on

I am using Tmobile's Unlimited International BB Email Add-on. Since I don't think I can disable BB's messenger, I can't stop people from sending me IMing me. Will I be charged for the data even if I have the International email plan? I know Tmobile's Unlimited International BB Email only covers email traffic.

My guess would be... Yes.

I'm sure someone who's actually with TMo can also help you out.

It's certainly not email. I'd verify with TMO as you have CSR's that can actually give you a correct answer.
