I am a new user and wanting to sync or transfer contacts from my BB to outlook 2002 contacts folder, any feedback on my below problem would be helpful

I am trying to sync my BB address book to my empty outlook 2002 contacts folder, I am on MS exchange server with a VPN tunnel and the 7290 connected. I have outlook 2002 I have gone in the the PIM config, browsed to find the contact folder, selected it, i have checked to be sure the contacts folder is set as an addressbook, when i run intellesync, it finds my 236 contacts in the bb addressboo, asks if I want to accept them as a result of the sync, I click yes, and then comes back with message" Cannot open default folder in group.
