Default Outlook Contacts to Blackberry synch to Lotus

Please Login to Remove!

I'm new to Blackberry, previously I always used Windows Mobile devices and everything seemed to be much easier and intuitive, maybe it is just the inexperience.
Anyway, my Blackberry Enterprise Server is linked to Lotus, still having problems using my BB Desktop Mgr for synchronization. I also have Outlook installed and has all my contacts, now I'm trying to find a way to transfer them into my Blackberry. Since my corporate mail system is in Lotus I can not use the Outlook to synchronize with the Blackberry.
Basically the question is; Is there a quick way to import Outlook contacts into Blackberry when using Lotus as the default program?
Thanks

Okan

Welcome to the BBForums!

If the contacts are in Outlook on a PC desktop, on your device, disable wireless reconciliation (Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation > Wireless Reconcile = NO) and you will be able to sync your BB with your Outlook via Desktop Manager. Remember to reset your wireless reconcile back to ON.

thanks for the suggestion, but my problem is that Desktop Manager links to Lotus Notes, I installed the Outlook just to be able to recover my old .PST files, such as archived e-mail, contacts and calendar.
Is there any way to bring the Contacts with the detailed properties into Blackberry such as using a file conversion or a utility?
Thanks

I have several people using Outlook for Contacts, but Lotus for email & calendar...

I just modify the desktop mgr config to sync the address book with the Outlook PST file, and the rest to Lotus. Works fine.

Once the contacts are on the BB, I change desktop mgr again...this time I tell it to use the Lotus Notes address book. Now all the Outlook contacts that are on the BB will get pushed into the Notes address book.
