Can anyone tell my where I set the BB to keep the radio on all the time, I am missing calls.

Your radio should not turn off automatically. Sometimes when it reboots you have to turn the radio back on. Also, your battery power may be getting to low. I have notice that if my battery gets to low the radio will turn off, but usually it turns itself back on after charging.
