But I am not using the redirector anymore. Why would I continue to get this. I uninstalled the desktop software and reinstalled.

login to the web client and go to options or profile and select "Send Service Book". Accept it if it dosn't auto load and you should be good to go.

Unhappy Service book

Tried to load the service book multiple times, but no luck.

Any other suggestions?

Thanks

Well, if your not on redirector then I'm assuming your on BIS (BWC). It's possible that the service books for the redirector are still on your BB. Go to options and then service book. Delete any 'desktop' service books in the list. Note: Only do this is your not on redirector or BES.

Modify your existing desktop manager installation so the redirector books don't get put back on your BB. Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > BlackBerry Desktop Software x.x. Click change and select modify from the list of remove, repair and modify. Go through the steps and make sure you select 'BlackBerry Internet Service' or 'BlackBerry Web Client' (depending on the version you install) when asked how you want to setup email redirection. This should fix those messages.

Unhappy Ok now what?

Spoke to Verizon and finally got my email back up and running and the redirector email wasn't coming in anymore,

Now since Wednesday out of the blue the redirector messages are back?

Now what? Try the same process again? I installed the bb software on the desktop so not sure what is going on.
