My trackwheel can rotate but it cannot be pressed in to activate some menus. Is there a way to get around using the trackwheel. Specifically, I cant seem to find a keyboard combination to send an email once I composed it. Also when Im on the web with the blackberry, I cant seem to find a keyboard combination to activate the menu, for bookmarks and history, etc.

I would reload your handheld software on the device first if that fails then you should contact your carrier to see if the device is still under warranty.
