I have a 7230 upgraded to 4.0 with a BES and desktop manager all at 4.0 as well. My calendar wirelessly syncs bi-directionally. I cannot figure out how to wirelessly sync contacts, tasks, notes. I see no option on the handheld to turn wireless sync on in those sections, and on the desktop manager, under configure PIM, I see no translator for Blackberry Wireless as there was for the calendar. I know I must be missing something, and truly cannot find it on this site ot the technical pages of blackberry.com.

As long as you have these options enabled on your BES then it wont matter whether or not you see the BlackBerry Wireless Sync option in configure PIM.. Contact you BES admin for assistance;

I remember when I migrated to BESV4 this option already removed under PIM configuration. Everything Sync in wireless..
