Default Question about Email

Ok, I setup my BlackBerry email account on the BB. I told it to check on a POP account which didn't seem to be working until I did a reboot. Once the reboot was done, it downloaded all the mail from the POP account so I thought all was well right?

Well, I sent more test mail to the account and 10 minutes later it still wasn't there...so I did another reboot and guess what, it downloaded on the reboot.

What might be wrong? Email sent to my BB address comes through in about 30 seconds but I don't want to actually forward all my mail unless I just don't have any other option.

That leads to my next question...if I forward all the mail I'll obviously need to know the address to access the web client for the BB mail. Where would that be if I'm using a BB on T-Mobile?

I hope I didn't ask a repeat question but I searched a bit and didn't hit on it...maybe I'm missing some terminology that you guys use in relation to this so it's not coming up for me.

BWC (now called the BlackBerry Internet Service, or BIS) polls the POP3 accounts every 15 minutes and pushes the e-mail. It can be more frequent, but on average it is every 15 minutes.
