Default Broken 0 (zero) key?

Please Login to Remove!

I just bought a used Blackberry off of ebay and I'm fairly certain the zero key is broken. I press the key and then zero, but nothing appears on the screen. Is this a common problem with the 7510 model, and what would my repair options be?

Thanks in advance for any responses!

This is the main reason I say not to buy off ebay.. did you pay with pay pal was the item listed as damaged? If you used paypal you can recoup your losses. If not put the insurance on the phone 2.99 then take to a repair center.

mocker, that maybe more than just a broken zero key. I'd go with dawg's suggestion unless Jeff or somebody else with experience in repairs is reasonably confident that replacing the keypad will fix the problem.

baldwin explain what you are trying to do and why, like what is the problem? You might want to start a new thread so more people will read it. LIke a few lines below "General BlackBerry Discussion " click on "New Topic".
