Default Date and Time Stamp Problem

I have a problem and have tried and researched everything to figure out the problem emails sent from my 7230 send out a time stamp as this
Date: Thu, 4 Aug 2005 01:35:37 +0000 GMT

I am in eastern -0500 handheld is set to that tmobile blackberry webclient is set to that however the header the berry is sending out is not RFC compliant.
here is the complete header
the raw header coming out from the berry is Thu, 4 Aug 2005 01:35:46 GMT
Any ideas how to fix this problem.
